Simply go to that client’s page in ContactMe and type the information into the “Add Notes” box. You can specify whether the note is about a phone call, an email, a meeting, a payment, or a general interaction. Anytime you can’t recall an interaction you’ve had with a client, simply review your previous notes to get up to speed. Notes are also searchable, so if you can’t remember which client is involved with the “red sweaters,” simply type a phrase into the search bar and it will bring up that note, and the contact to which it’s linked. Once you’re organized, it’s easy to prioritize, which makes the next step—action—feel effortless.
